Finding the White and Red Gems in the Shops
The White Gem is located near the upper level of the main mall area near the Gift Shop. Walk toward the camera along the balcony until you see a small broken gate, then perform a Burst move to open it and follow the hidden ledge to a chest. Inside this secret chest lies the White Gem, waiting to be claimed.
To locate the Red Gem, make your way into the Boutique shop using Gooigi to slip through the security door. Locate the mannequin torso against the left wall and attach your Suction Shot to pull it open. This action reveals a secret chamber where you can vacuum up the Red Gem hanging from a post.
Unlocking the Blue and Green Gems
The Blue Gem is tucked away inside a vending machine situated in the hallway leading to the Security Office. Repeatedly flash your Strobulb at the machine's flashing green light until it dispenses the gem. Be careful not to destroy the vending machine beforehand so the interactive light remains functional.
Finding the Green Gem requires visiting the upper walkway near the Accessories store. Use your Dark-Light Device near the left wall to reveal a missing set of ladder rungs. Climb up the restored ladder and traverse the walkway past ambient bats to find a chest holding the Green Gem.
Retrieving the Purple and Yellow Gems
The Purple Gem requires a bit of teamwork in the floor's restrooms. Head into the men's restroom, reveal a hidden floor grate with the Dark-Light Device, and send Gooigi down to turn off the water valve. After the water stops, send Gooigi through the wall pipe into the women's restroom to grab the gem inside the stall.
Finally, the Yellow Gem is stored inside a glass display case inside the Accessories jewelry shop. You can break the glass by slamming a captured ghost into the cabinet or launching a piece of luggage directly at it. Once the glass shatters, simply vacuum up the final collectible gemstone on Floor 3.
